Nightly rates vary depending on the season, length of stay, and availability.
Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, or an extended stay in Normandy, we offer fair conditions for an unforgettable experience in a stylish and tranquil setting.

A supplement is charged beyond - the rental is exempt from VAT (CGI art. 261 D, 4.b)
- no gastronomic service or commodity is included
- arriving time :
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
departure time : until 10 a.m. - for safety reasons, children under 8 years old are not allowed (river bank and stairs)
- the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (staircase a bit steep)
- a tourist tax of 2,60 € per person and night is payable and charged separately
- cancellation is possible and free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival **
- the invoice must be paid no later than 7 days before the date of arrival to validate the confirmation *. Once this period has expired, the booking will be automatically cancelled
- a deposit of 300 € is to be expected on the day of arrival, by check or cash. It will be returned, if applicable, on the day of departure

** Cancellations made more than 3 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable bank or payment processing fees, where applicable.
